- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license

Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in educational setting
- Assist the Director of Purchasing with securing vendors for Athletics and district purposes.
- Work closely and follow procedures with the Executive Director of Athletics with all aspects of the athletic budget and athletic stipends.
- Communicates on behalf of the Executive Director of Athletics with Administration, Finance, Communication, Human Resources, Technology, Transportation, LISD Campuses, Athletic Staff and Athletic Coaches on athletic issues.
- Review and submit invoices for all extra duty workers for all Crowley ISD athletic events and rentals.
- Initiate actions based on verbal instructions or independently from knowledge of the situation or project.
- Audit expenditures to ensure that all financial transactions are correctly recorded within the approved budget.
- Maintain a budget spreadsheet for the high schools, 9th grade campuses, middle schools, and athletic trainers.
- Monitor and reconcile credit card transactions, gate receipts and sprit store receipts.
- Process all financial aspects of SKYWARD (requisitions, receives and invoicing) for all high schools, 9th grade campuses, middle schools, and athletic trainers.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs: handle matter expeditiously, proactively and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Secure travel arrangements: including hotel reservations, transportation for Executive Director of Athletics, Assistant Athletic Directors, athletic coaches, and athletic teams.
- Assist the Executive Director of Athletics with incoming issues and concerns including those of a sensitive and confidential nature.
- Assist the Executive Director of Athletics with preparing and submitting documentation for playoff games which includes making travel arrangements and processing meal requests. when needed.
- Prepare and reconcile travel reimbursements for audit.
- Maintain a positive, highly efficient, organized, professional and confidential manner.
- Flexible working schedule due to department events willingly and without remorse.
- Support the Executive Director of Athletics in all areas assigned.
- Complete other financial athletic duties assigned.
