```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business professional to join our team. As a Business, you will play a crucial role in analyzing credit, processing loans, and providing exceptional financial services to our clients. ```Duties```
- Conduct credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants
- Process loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is complete
- Collaborate with loan officers and escrow agents to facilitate smooth loan processing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and update loan files as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards
- Assist with other business-related tasks as assigned

```Experience```
- Previous experience in credit analysis, loan origination, or related financial services field
- Strong knowledge of basic math principles and ability to perform calculations accurately
- Familiarity with banking procedures and loan processing requirements
- Proficiency in using financial software and systems (e.g., FNMA)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $38.74 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 48 per week
