- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using the ServiceNow platform, including Performance Analytics
- Use of other data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms may be required
- Collect, analyz, and interpreting large data sets to identify trends and patterns
- Identify and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to stakeholders
- Collaborat with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and dashboards
- Create ad-hoc reports and providing data-driven insights to support decision making
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting practices
- Must have experience creating Service Now dashboards
- Working knowledge of various BI tools such as Power BI, or Tableau with demonstrated ability to leverage key features
- Proficient in data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Keen understanding of Project Management methodologies such as waterfall and Agile including various systems such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
- Confident and articulate oral communicator and negotiator with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to easily connect with all types of people
- Excellent written communication with experience maintaining thorough technical documentation for a diverse target audience, including the ability to present ideas in both a business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Experience working well in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing
- Effective time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, including conducting research into issues
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align business processes to organizational objectives
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products independently using documentation and online resources
- Must be able to ensuring data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards
- Proficient in MS Office
- Preferred experience with building ServiceNow and Power Bi Dashboards
Education:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or related scientific /technical discipline. and 10 years’ experience
- Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education: (18 years total)
Clearance:
- Moderate: Tier 2S (Standard MBI)
Location:
- 100% Remote, USA
- Monday - Friday (8:00 AM- 4:30 PM CST Time)
Pay Range:
- The pay for this position ranges from $55,730 to $90,500
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
