- Sales experience preferred
- Experience working with sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health license within 45 days of offer and before permanent employment
- Comfortable communicating with clients via phone and email
- Self-motivated and driven by success
- Proactive in service
