You will play a vital role inunderstanding market dynamics, retailer performance, utilizing data-driven approaches to optimizebusiness strategies and achieve organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have a background in data analysis and insight generation, collaboratingwith cross-functional partners and delivering results. You should be passionate about data &analytics, sales, marketing, including a track record of using sales and market data analytics todrive action.

WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Reports to Sr Director of Marketing and will be directly supporting WB National sales team. Candidate will also work cross functionally with sales, marketing, and finance to help developpromotional planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- For key National Accounts analyze POS data, including sales performance, promotional ROI, andmarket trends, to evaluate company performance at that account and propose data-drivenimprovements.
- Provides Insights and recommendations using fact-based information to help achieve marketwinning results across the 4P'.
- Prepare and develop analyses for key account business reviews in conjunction with the salesand marketing teams, analyzing data to help uncover the why's behind brand performance.
- Attend key business reviews with sales team as the subject matter expert in POS performance.
- Design and implement reporting dashboards for key sales metrics and trends utilizing internaland external POS/ consumption and shipment data sources.
- Develop standardized reporting to scale across the sales organization to enable the salesorganization to analyze and interpret their business performance.
- Develop predictive analytics to provide sales team guidance on pricing and promo strategies.
- Partner with sales team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of retail strategies.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and finance to determine most productive utilization ofpromotional spend with customers.
- Proactively identify market opportunities for the business through complex data analysis anddevelop recommendations for action.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align trade marketing initiatives withoverall brand strategies and business goals.
- Gather data and provide insights for ad-hoc reporting requests from the sales team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in data analysis, Business Insights, or related roles within the CPGindustry.
- Strong understanding of CPG industry dynamics, market research methodologies, and consumerinsights.
- Proficient in CPG industry insight tools such as IRI, Retail Link, 84.51, shopper panel data,and other retail data portals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience presenting to retailers
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decision-making
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
- Experience in PowerBI data visualization software is a plus
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or related field
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) is a plus
