Position: Business & Government Deposit Services Specialist

Reports to: VP of Business & Government Deposit Services Operations
Amount of Travel Required: Travel to various locations in required.

POSITION SUMMARY
Serve as a specialist for Cash Management and Business Banking products and services, providing support to Business & Government Deposit Services Sales team, Commercial Lenders, branch staff, internal departments and external customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assist Cash Management customers and bank personnel via phone and email.
  • Prepare and review Online Cash Manager contracts for accuracy and set up services per the agreement. Assist customers with system setup and training for ACH and Wire Transfer processing. Provide ongoing customer support.
  • Establish OCM ACH originators within FedLine for ACH Origination Risk monitoring service. Approve pended batches as necessary.
  • Responsible for tracking OCM ACH and Wire originators activity and limits for audit purposes.
  • Establish commercial customers within FedLine to receive daily EDI notifications.
  • Set up customers within Positive Pay. Assist customers with system setup and training. Provide ongoing customer support.
  • Review Positive Pay exception decisions daily; submit returns and corrections to Operations and process adjustments as necessary.
  • Download Positive Pay Exception and Payee Match reports monthly.
  • Prepare Remote Deposit Capture customer contracts, review paperwork and order equipment.
  • Onboard RDC customer with third party vendor.
  • Assist Remote Deposit Capture customers with onsite and remote scanner installation and training.
  • Provide RDC customer assistance with batch limit increases, batch deletions, check adjustments, and operator maintenance.
  • Responsible for tracking RDC customer activity and deposit limits for audit purposes.
  • Prepare Cash Management Services contract (Sweep, ZBA). Establish set up in Core.
  • Responsible for tracking Sweep customers for audit purposes.
  • Prepare documents for and establish ICS and CDARS accounts. Process renewals and transactions.
  • Enroll IntraFi customers within the IntraFi Depositor Control Panel. Generate monthly IntraFi balance reports.
  • Responsible for the billing and assessment of monthly charges for all Cash Management services.
  • Review and process all Business Online Banking enrollments daily.
  • Review, process and send notifications of NOC and returns for Online Cash Manager ACH originators daily.
  • Support Business & Government Deposit Services sales team and Commercial Lenders with requests for new account opening.
  • Perform account, organization, and person maintenance. Process service charge refunds.
  • Scan, index, and review Business & Government Deposit Services Department documents in OnBase.
  • Communicate with the Bank's service providers: Core, RDC, and Positive Pay, etc.
  • Work with Security Officer for account compromises.
  • Process deposit product change request forms for business checking accounts.
  • Submit monthly Political Campaign account activity reporting to the Office of Campaign and Political Finance.
  • Provide support with or manage projects for the Business and Government Deposit Services department.
  • Performs additional duties as requested.
  • Must complete BSA, AML, and other Regulatory and Continuing Education as assigned.
  • Must adhere to all bank and regulatory policies and procedures specific to position.

Education/Experience/Skills
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Knowledge and use of computers; MS Word and Excel.
