Job Title: Business Execution Administrator
Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Editing:
Produce high-quality written content for various channels, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Edit and proofread content created by team members to maintain consistency and uphold quality standards.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.
Foster strong collaborative relationships with team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
Independent Work and Queue Management:
Take ownership of individual projects and manage a personal queue of tasks efficiently.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Background and Skills:
Writing/Editing Experience: Proven experience in content creation, writing, and editing.
Educational Background: A degree in English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Open Text Experience: While not a requirement, familiarity with Open Text is considered a bonus.
Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
Attention to Detail:
Meticulously review and edit content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in all aspects of content creation and editing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in writing, editing, or content creation.
Familiarity with Open Text (bonus, but not required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
