- Responsible to the RDHB Branch Chief for tracking assigned programs and their associated sub-systems and legacy systems to ensure proper and accurate program objectives
- Responsible for forecasting assigned budgets, Continuing Resolution Authority (CRA) requests, updating checkbooks, obligating funds, Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs),
- Responsible for reviewing white papers and identifying evaluators for each white paper and assisting them with proper set up.
- Member of the Integrated Process Team (IPT) for the High Power Electromagnetic (HPEM) Weapon System Transition Program.
- Ensure delegation for all financially related information for input into the Program Manager (PM) App (EP), Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR), and Commanders Resource Integration System (CRIS).
- Update Business Office, branch, and division status worksheets and participate in bi-weekly contract meetings as assigned by the supervisor.
- Assist contracting with pre-award requirements as assigned by the supervisor. Attend regular meetings with contract Program Managers (PMs) and contractors to discuss status and issues.
- Monitor, update and maintain external agency partnerships ensuring outgoing funding is tracked properly to ensure budget and funding ceilings are not exceeded.
- Assesses progress in assigned projects/programs including cost estimates, schedules, and performance supportability baseline requirements by applying known methods and procedures.
- Prepares and presents staff studies for presentation to the Program Director and other management officials.
- Conducts briefings, presentations, and demonstrations on program status, costs, and adherence to baselines and schedule.
- Ensure the documentation of program costs, schedule adherence, contractual negotiations, and other information and supporting factors are maintained.
- Responsible for making Government Purchase Card (GPC) transactions for the division and tracking division GPC funding.
- Relocation costs or other incentives may be available and considered by the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Possess a Secret Security Clearance
- 10 Years with experience with DoD Financial Systems
- Experience and/or knowledge of the government contract administration process
Desired Qualifications
- Business & Financial Management Practitioner certification
