Overview:
Our client, a leader in innovative home solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach, enhancing dealer networks, and elevating customer satisfaction. We are looking for a proactive individual who builds relationships and is adept at leveraging technology to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically expand the Dealer Network by identifying and engaging with top-tier Kitchen & Bath Designers, Cabinet Shops, Architects, and Builders.
  • Maintain active and meaningful communication with existing dealers and customers to gather valuable feedback, secure endorsements, and curate compelling content (including images and reviews) for our digital platforms.
  • Master key operational tools such as Sales Spreadsheet (Excel), Zendesk (CRM), and other integrated systems to support our advanced customer database and order processing. Serve as a critical backup to our lead customer service executive.
  • Utilize in-depth product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers in real-time.
  • Act as a liaison to customer/dealer base, Product Representatives, and Distributors (such as HDL), facilitating seamless interactions and transactions.
  • Forge new partnerships with large cabinet companies -Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), integrating into their product lines and designing custom cabinet solutions to accommodate our products.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to produce innovative and impactful marketing materials and social media content.


Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
  • Effective phone communication skills, with a focus on tele-sales.
  • Comprehensive understanding and practical knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
