Job Description & Role Expectations:
- Prospect into new organizations that ViB is not yet working with via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing social platforms, such as LinkedIn
- Strategically work alongside assigned Account Executive(s) to attack target accounts
- Articulate ViB's value proposition to users and decision-makers to assess buying interest.
- Achieve or exceed goals for first meetings and pipeline build on a monthly basis
- Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions
- Provide baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account market segment information prior to prospecting call
- Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of VIB offerings – and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers
- Respond to assigned inbound leads quickly to qualify and hand off to assigned Account Executive
- Provide weekly activity reports to management
- Proactively continue to build knowledge around company product, competitive product and market knowledge via website, on-line webinars, and marketing information
Update contact stage and log prospect interactions in SFDC throughout sales journey
