About the Opportunity

The Business Data & Process Analyst manages the organization and reporting of operation and related data. They will administer processes, database systems and reporting quality, training and program initiatives across the operations spectrum. The Analyst will assist with the maintenance of reporting sites and participates in documenting systems and reporting requirements. The Analyst supports Second Harvest's needs in meeting strategic goals for production and delivery outcomes as well as works closely with Operations and functional teams in the creation, maintenance, and control of all standard operating procedures process documentation and technical writing.

The successful candidate will have:

• One year of experience in an administrative/analytical role using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• One year of experience with data management in a SQL environment, including data transfers, configuration and writing queries.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing process improvement ideas and customer service.

Preferred Experience Includes:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or applicable coursework, training and experience.
• One year of experience with NAV or another ERP platform processing transactions; experience with mainstream report writing software (Jet Reports) helpful.
• Experience with food distribution.
• Lived experience with the impacts of systemic racism or marginalization.

Salary Range: $63,036 - $78,846 based on experience
