Responsible for the transition and training of new Business Customer Service representatives by thoroughly explaining company products, services and policies. Coaches and mentors representatives ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to help Allo deliver the highest level of Customer Service possible. Collaborates with the Training Team and Business Customer Service management on the development, implementation, and maintenance of Customer Service tools, resources, and documentation. Assist Customer Service Representatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing timely information
  • Communicating issues with team lead or supervisor.
  • Improves training effectiveness by communicating with new hires and Business Customer.
  • Service management
  • Providing readily available support.
  • Communicating if the training documentation needs adjusted.
  • Collaborates with Business Customer Service leadership.
  • Completes Customer Service Representative tasks as needed.
  • Performs all other duties as required.

Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on experience.
EDUCATION:
  • 1 year of relevant job experience. Relevant job experience is described as: Job experience in similar industry
  • Job experience with similar essential duties

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service role in the telecom industry

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills internally and customer-facing with a focus on training
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization capabilities
  • Ability to challenge the status quo with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to remain approachable in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to consider alternate approaches to facilitate training
  • Acceptance and respect for others and ability to see different perspectives
  • Collaboration with training team and leadership
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office
