This is an entry-level position, Junior Analyst, for either a recent graduate or a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a relatable filed of work such as; Real Estate, Insurance Sales, and Financial Advisory, who wants to enter the exciting world of Mergers & Acquisitions by joining a growing team at a boutique corporate transactional advisory firm. You will work under the counsel of our Senior Associates and Partners internally. And externally you will engage with Entrepreneurs, CEOs, and Presidents. You must be motivated, process-driven, enjoy a fast pace, and love teamwork but can work independently as well. The Associate role will include:
- Engaging and managing relationships with prospective clients introduced by our great analyst team
- Valuing and assessing the transaction viability of each potential client's objective
- Presenting our firm Partners with a variety of exit/growth solutions that would meet the client's objectives
- Implementing the firm's strategy in accordance with the client's buy-side or sell-side mandate
QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Being A Winner ("Mandatory")
REQUIREMENTS

- Personal character and integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with reading various market data and analyzing financial statements
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
KNOWLEDGE OF
==
- Software: CRM – Google for Work Suite strongly preferred, Microsoft Office acceptable
- Research Tools: Capital IQ, Ibis World, Pitchbook, and many more
COMPENSATION

- Commission Sales (base salary for credentialed M&A experienced applicants)
