Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is the driver of our continued growth and success. You seek, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity to guide the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continual basis, maintain system processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
• Manage and update internal documentation. Formally initiate and deliver necessary requirements and updates on a timely basis.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
• Test and drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools
• Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
• Regular and reliable attendance is required

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or information system

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development

• Detailed and passionate about communicating project needs and defining stories with all information necessary to allow for developers to code effectively
• Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to detail
• Deep knowledge of consumer needs and best practices
• Ability to maintain focus and work well under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong work ethic
• Comfortable with autonomy and is self-motivated
• Ability to use a personal computer. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
