Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continual basis, maintain system processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Manage and update internal documentation. Formally initiate and deliver necessary requirements and updates on a timely basis.
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
- Test and drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools
- Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
- Regular and reliable attendance is required

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or information system
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Detailed and passionate about communicating project needs and defining stories with all information necessary to allow for developers to code effectively
- Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Deep knowledge of consumer needs and best practices
- Ability to maintain focus and work well under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable with autonomy and is self-motivated
- Ability to use a personal computer. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
