Title: Business Analyst | SAM.gov | C2C

Client: Energy, Oil & Gas Company

Location: Remote (domestic U.S. based role)

Type: Contract

Rate: DOE (depending-on-experience)

Summary:

• C2C consultant must reside within the domestic U.S. (green card holder and/or U.S. resident.)
• Versed in the business analysis support of the online management system SAM.gov
• Manage online SAM.gov tool helping fix current issues and improve system overall performance.
• Create templated documentation for training modules, and internal communications.

Duties:

• Monitor effectiveness of SAM.gov business processes, conduct analysis, make recommendations, and coordinate implementation.
• Coordinate process and procedures resulting in timely, and correct updates to W-9’s within SAM.gov
• Work to compile data within the SAM.gov database for corporate management team, and performance support teams.
• Evaluate and provide guidance on how to update roles in SAM.gov
• Ensure confidential updates to taxpayer ID, and banking info are accurate.
• Grant CPARS access to appropriate users and business management supervisors.
• Oversee and navigate SAM.gov system performance reporting.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology or related field.
