Flex Technology Group is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team. The Business Analyst will be a dual focused role which will be integral to studying and then onboarding new large enterprise clients.
ASSESSMENTS – The Business Analyst will assist in performing current state financial assessments and quantifying customer current state infrastructure. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for assisting the Vice President of Enterprise Sales with architecting future state solutions and architecture with a focus enhancing client efficiency and reducing client spend.
IMPLEMENTATIONS – The Business Analyst will also assist in project management and new client implementations, putting much of what was assessed and scoped into practice.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Define Project Scope, Goals, and Deliverables that Support Business Goals in Collaboration with Management
- Effectively communicate and work with peers, other departments and management to set internal expectations and maintain appropriate implementation project scope
- Effectively communicate project status and best practices with client to ensure positive implementation experience and escalate issues while maintaining ownership of the implementation
- Manage VIP Client Deals (many in excess of $1mm in scope), which may include pre-sales work, budgeting, assessments, tag & cleans, installations, post-sales, and any other necessary functions related to the deal
- Manage time effectively to complete the project within the established timeline
- Provide solutions to any project-related issues
- Monitor your E-auto Warehouse for Inventory accuracy
- Manage HDD Shredding and Removals
- Process Inventory Requests
- Pull and create reports as required
- Pre-onboard VIP Clients w/Sales Team
- 5-25% per quarter Out-of-State overnight travel will be required
- Other tasks and projects as assigned
- Proficient use of Excel to accomplish advanced tasks
Qualifications and Experience
- 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Vast Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel required (Excel proficiency should be advanced-level)
- Strong customer service skills and experience required (communicating at the C-level is preferred)
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
