Position Overview:
The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in documenting and organizing technical and business requirements for various systems. Working collaboratively with Project Managers, the Business Analysts will contribute to technology modernization initiatives and provide support for legacy systems.

Position Overview:
The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in documenting and organizing technical and business requirements for various systems. Working collaboratively with Project Managers, the Business Analysts will contribute to technology modernization initiatives and provide support for legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision and guidance of the Project Manager/PMO, the Expert Business Analyst will perform the following day-to-day tasks:
- Schedule and lead As Is and To Be sessions to comprehend current and future state business processes.
- Document As Is and To Be states using various business analysis techniques (workflows, models, mockups) to align with future state business needs.
- Iteratively review requirements with program area(s) to elicit feedback and secure timely approvals from stakeholder teams.
- Analyze business processes across multiple programs, identifying gaps to ensure cohesive business and technical solutions.
- Work effectively in a hybrid Agile environment, actively managing requirements, change orders, and updating testing needs.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions, daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and other relevant meetings.
- Create/update user stories and acceptance criteria for all business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and the point of contact for requirements clarifications for various stakeholders.
- Utilize database management knowledge to work on relational databases for queries, data extraction, and other data management functions.
- Validate/verify requirements throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) and ensure changes are accurately captured.
- Support QA/Testing by developing timely test plans, detailed test cases, acceptance criteria, and conducting end-user testing.
- Translate complex technical terms into business language and vice versa for effective communication with non-technical teams.
- Coordinate among business and technical teams to identify and resolve project issues.

- Personal computer.
- IBM Server with AIX operating system.
Mandatory Qualification:
- Business Analyst with 84+ months of experience providing guidance to large teams or extensive industry experience.
Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months of experience in requirements elaboration, business analysis, and validation.
- 84 months of experience working in a hybrid Agile environment.
- 60 months of experience in all types of functional application testing.
- 84 months of experience in documenting requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories using Jira/Confluence.
- 84 months of experience in providing business analysis and testing support for legacy systems/data migration.
- 60 months of experience in transforming paper-based processes into electronic systems.
- 60 months of experience in working with relational databases and structured queries in SQL, Oracle, etc.
- Business Analysis certification such as IIBA – CBAP, PMI-PBA.
- Scrum certification such as CSM, Agile Coach, PSM, or Product Owner.
