Job Description
Job Duties:
* Review invoices and ensure they are billed in accordance with vendor service contracts.
* Prepare files for upload into database.
* Maintain Internal Parts Catalog by performing quarterly updates.
* Create/Update Work Instructions.
*Formatting of shop invoice information during engine visit to provide shop visit cost estimates.
* Create and maintain an Access Database that will contain all invoice data and reference files used to create a monthly report.
* Generate a monthly data report that shows the unbilled metrics, actual invoicing status, and ageing of unbilled activity.
* Support Shop Visit Pricing process for Estimate At Completion (EAC), input and manipulate data in excel & present variance findings to team.
*Review and process invoices utilizing tools in Access.
Required:
* Bachelor"s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or another Business related major
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel -especially the ability to create and maintain macros, pivot tables and analyze data
* Strong Microsoft office product skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organized and ability to follow up to close gaps prior to deadlines
* Ability to understand and meet critical customer deadlines
* Strong team player
* Strong Customer focus
* Forward thinking
Preferred:
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in VBA
* Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
* Ability to identify productivity improvement opportunities
Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $47,840 - $62,400 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
