Required Skill Sets:
- Complete understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) eco- system involving KYC Processes, Sanctions Screening, Negative News Screening, and Suspicious Activity Reporting etc.
- Functional knowledge of NICE Actimize ActOne.
- Functional knowledge of Sanctions Screening tools by Accuity/Fircosoft/LexisNexis.
- Knowledge of interpreting sanctions list such as OFAC, EU, UN, and HMT.
- Experience in analysis/ design of sanctions lists on large data sets and review of results.
- Data analysis skills using tool such as DB2 or Python to derive relevant insights,
- Presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in audits, reviews, and assessments of AML programs,
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI would be an added advantage.
- Experience in working in Agile development environment.
