We seek a Business Advisor to join our team as an Independent Contractor. A Business Advisor on The Resultants’ team gains the support of seasoned advisors, administrative talent and systems, marketing and lead generation tools and resources, and a potential future opportunity for equity in our firm. The role:
Independent Business Advisors at The Resultants are entrepreneurial leaders with deep business experience, wisdom to share, and an interest in developing client engagements. Using our tools and concepts, Business Advisors guide client business to strategic success. Clients’ average bottom-line growth in the first three years of engagement is 174%! If guiding business leaders to make real change and uncovering exceptional opportunities for growth and expansion sounds like a great fit for your skills, our Business Advisor role might be a fit for you. Specific responsibilities include:
- Complete The Resultants Accelerate Your Business™ Certification Program and additional Certified Value Builder™ training
- Shadow current Business Advisors and facilitate client meetings
- Develop your individual sales and marketing plan with the goal of securing three new clients in the first year
- Create lasting relationships with client company leaders
- Deliver quarterly day-long planning sessions, and facilitate weekly/bi-monthly leadership team meetings
- Serve as an accessible resource to client company leadership
The person we seek:
Successful Advisors with The Resultants are experienced business consultants or coaches who have experience working with or leading mid-sized organizations. A background in presenting to management, investors, boards and banks, along with honed facilitation skills are essential. Success in this role hinges on sourcing, executing and closing complex consultative sales through your deep referral network with other business leaders, decision-makers, and spheres of influence in the 5MM to 150MM business revenue space.
