Mighty Molars Pediatric Dental is looking to add a reliable, friendly person to our small office team. We see children from age 0-18 for routine dental care. We take pride in having a team that is tight-knit, caring, and wants to help make going to the dentist a fun and low-stress experience for children.

The Business Administrator is usually the first face or voice that families are interacting with and therefore, we are looking for a personable applicant who enjoys interacting with others. They also will need to be extremely organized since there are multiple different tasks that the Business Administrator will be managing daily.

Most importantly, we are looking for an applicant who can be a team player. We all aim to help with any task during the day to ensure that everyone leaves on time at the end of the day.

Benefits and Pay Range:
$23-28/hourly depending on prior experience
401k match up to 3%
Paid Vacation and Holidays
Work 4 days/week

Job duties:
Greeting patients
Scheduling
Phone/email communication with patients and other providers
Insurance coordination

We are hoping to find the right applicant to start as soon as available!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.21 - $28.57 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
