Job Title: Business Management Professional (Remote) – Lafayette, Louisiana

As a profit-sharing company, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Management Professional to join our team. This remote position requires continual face-to-face involvement with the owner, offering a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire, list, and manage short-term rental homes.
• Acquire, list, and manage rental vehicles.
• Acquire real estate for long-term rental and sale.
• Manage salespersons, home cleaners, and vehicle cleaners and porters.
• Oversee business activities, including business banking accounts and tax compliance instruments.
• Directly report to the owner of the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business management, preferably in real estate or related fields.
• Knowledge and experience with social media platforms, Airbnb, and Turo.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work remotely.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to make informed decisions.
• Ability to continually engage with the owner on a face-to-face basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in business management or accounting.
• Comfortable using various technological tools and platforms.
