What Does a CREW MEMBER do?

• Serves our sizzling burgers to hungry guests
• Welcomes the customer, takes accurate orders and manages their payments operating a cash register
• Restrooms, dining area and kitchen all need to be kept clean and meet safety and health standards

Our stores get flaming busy! Our Crew Members need be able to work as a team in a fast paced environment to keep our guests happy and full.

We always want our customers to be happy, so you may have to answer a question or two, or resolve issues every once in a while.

What Does a HOURLY MANAGER do?

• Direct team member as they perform the steps necessary to run a successful shift.
• Responsibility for the continuity of the shift operations
• Organize employees so that they are prepared in accordance with established guidelines.
• Responsible for the quality, service, and cleanliness to ensure grests are treated promptly and courteously.

• Crew Members must be at least 16 years old
• Hourly Managers must be at least 18 years old
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with your team working hard!

Crew Member Positions and Hourly Manager positions requires several physical demands including:

• Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time
• Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
• Manual dexterity as it pertains to pressing and grabbing
• Ability to communicate and read
• Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and reaching
