Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred experience includes building and Grounds maintenance, landscaping, general building preventative maintenance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and/or electrical.

Possession of a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and the ability to successfully pass a criminal background.

Individuals who lack experience, but are motivated and have a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Duties

The Buildings & Grounds Employee performs various maintenance tasks including building maintenance, painting, mowing, landscaping, regular and seasonal cleanup, snow removal, and other such duties and tasks as assigned.

Position requires overtime during the winter months for snow removal.

These duties are not all encompassing. Needs and requirements may vary according to business needs or necessity.

Pay Range

Hourly pay range is $18.94 to $24.86. Candidates with experience may be compensated at the higher end of this pay scale.
