Building/Grounds Maintenance Person

Responsibilities:
- Perform general grounds maintenance duties, including some mowing, trimming, and edging lawns and shrubs

- Plant and maintain flowers, trees, and other plants
- Remove weeds and debris from outdoor areas
- Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment
- Assist with snow removal during winter months
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Experience with light electrical systems
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Strong customer service skills to interact with residents or visitors
- Ability to weld and fabricate as needed for repairs or modifications
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
