Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Previous secretarial office experience required with successful skills in creating and managing multiple projects
- Expert-user skill-level in creation and use of databases, spreadsheets, word processing and the full range of Microsoft Office Suite products, data entry and records management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills both orally and in written communication
- Experience with a wide range of office equipment
- Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with accuracy and proper use of grammar
- Maintains the bookkeeping function as appropriate for a particular office
- Assists in the ordering of supplies as appropriate for a particular office
- Ability to maintain and respect confidential information and situations
- Ability to assist supervisor in creating a safe, positive and confidential working environment
- Ability to work well with students, staff and parents of diverse populations.
