Building Maintenance Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This includes performing repairs, conducting inspections, and overseeing the overall upkeep of the building.

Duties:

- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair

- Respond to maintenance requests from staff in a timely manner

- Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns

- Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or installations

- Fabricate or modify parts as needed for repairs

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Skills:

- Leadership skills to effectively supervise maintenance staff and contractors

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to staff

- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
