Building Maintenance Technician

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring Building Maintenance Technicians for the world's leading providers of gaming solutions. Our Las Vegas NV, client designs, manufactures, and markets gaming machines and software. This opportunity offers a Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm schedule. Responsibilities:

• Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure and well-maintained
• Prepare review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Acquire, distribute and store supplies
• Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies 1010

Requirements:

• Experience in the work order system
• Working knowledge of HVAC evaporative cooler systems
• Knowledge of building trades, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building practices
• Knowledge of facility regulations and safety standards (OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA)
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees
• Parts ordering, inventory control, supplies, and equipment
• HS Diploma or equivalent Please note that upon conditional offer of assignment, you may be required to complete a drug test and background check.
