Skills/Abilities: Skilled in the operation and maintenance of custodial equipment such as, but not limited to floor scrubber, shampoo machine, floor waxier, vacuum etc., ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; ability to establish effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.
Physical Requirements: Constantly sees and hears; frequently walks, stands, stoops, pushes, pulls, drags and carries objects weighing up to 100 lbs., infrequently drives, climbs, kneels, sits, squats, writes by hand and holds objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
Education/Experience: Completion of eight (8) school grades supplemented with previous janitorial experience.
