Position Objective:
The Store Manager oversees operations of: retail, customer, and donation processing at Building Hope Eau Claire. The key duty of the Store Manager is to oversee and support all positions related to the store. This position monitors and assists every job function related to retail, customer service and donation processing to ensure a steady flow of merchandise in and out of the building. The Building Hope Store Manager leads staff, residents, volunteers and others by example and guides and encourages them to excel in their departments.
Experience, Education, Requirements:
· Good Work Ethic
· Interest or Experience in working with reusable building materials and goods
· Coaching, teaching or teamwork experience highly desired
· Communicate professionally and clearly both verbally and written
· Ability to take direction from Business Manager
·Work as a team orientated leader to effectively process items through the production area and ensure a steady flow of merchandise to the retail floor
· Direct staff and volunteers to get the needed tasks done in a timely manner meeting goals
· Lead daily devotions, prayer, team meetings, etc.
· Maintain a positive Christian attitude and good character
· Have the ability to lift with assistance over 50 lbs
· Review daily, monthly and yearly safety procedures
· Be certified or ability to become certified to operate HGM forklift
· Knowledgeable in processes, flow of goods and systems throughout store
· Knowledgeable with pricing of all items within the store pricing guide and continually updating it as needed
· Ability to drive HGM vehicles and approval on commercial insurance
· Pay based upon experience and performance
· Full-time Monday- Saturday, 45 hours per week average with benefits
· Reports directly to Business Manager

Preferred Experience:
3+ of Leadership/Ministry experience with team leadership or managing people
2+ years of Retail Sales or Reuse goods preferred
1+ years of Inventory or Supply Change Management preferred
