In This Role, You Will Be: 

• Fostering relationships and providing solutions to our clients
  • Client correspondence
  • Proposal creation and delivery
  • Digital and physical property measurement
  • Marketing campaign assistance
  • Resolving billing questions/issues
• Delivering energetic and positive client support
  • Answering inbound calls
  • New lead qualification
• Collaborating with our administrative team to execute basic functions
  • Billing
  • Company event coordination
  • CRM Software upkeep
  • Office supply inventory

Experience Required:

• Prior experience in customer service 
• Ability to learn and proficiently operate multiple software platforms
• Industry experience preferred, but not required
