In This Role, You Will Be:
- Fostering relationships and providing solutions to our clients
- Client correspondence
- Proposal creation and delivery
- Digital and physical property measurement
- Marketing campaign assistance
- Resolving billing questions/issues
- Delivering energetic and positive client support
- Answering inbound calls
- New lead qualification
- Collaborating with our administrative team to execute basic functions
- Billing
- Company event coordination
- CRM Software upkeep
- Office supply inventory

Experience Required:
- Prior experience in customer service
- Ability to learn and proficiently operate multiple software platforms
- Industry experience preferred, but not required
