SalaryFour Diamond, Smoke Free Casino Resort is looking for dynamic Buffet Chef. Buffet is a high volume, quick paced atmosphere. Responsible for all aspects back of the house which includes managing food and labor costs along with ordering. Minimum of (7) years’ experience. Requires knowledge and experience in Food Safety Sanitation, Inventory/Quality Control, Menu Planning, and cooking. Must be able to build and manage a team as well as work with other venues and departments. Will also handle some banquet/event menus, set up and execution on BOH side. Maintain professionalism and performance level in a high volume work environment. Must be able to stand for (8) consecutive hours.
Salary is based on experience.
