Salary```Duties:``` - Oversee and manage daily operations of the shift - Provide guidance and support to team members - Ensure efficient and smooth workflow - Monitor and maintain inventory levels - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Train new team members on company policies and procedures - Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to achieve business goals ```Requirements:``` - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Proficient in English, both spoken and written - Sales experience, preferably in a technical or electronics field - Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service - Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
