Budtender/Receptionist

420 Holiday LLC is a marijuana retail shop in Pascagoula, MS. We are a family-owned and operated company that is growing and expanding rapidly. We are looking for a positive, positive attitude, and a team player who wants to be part of our team!

Job Summary:

The Budtender will be responsible for selling cannabis products to customers in the store and in the surrounding area. This position requires excellent sales skills, the ability to learn quickly, be customer service oriented, and have a strong attention to detail. The Budtender will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Prepare customers for their visit by answering their questions about our products and services
• Assist customers with selecting their products or discuss their options with them
• Answer customer questions about specific strains or products
• Display products appropriately on shelves, walls, and displays
• Check stock items regularly to ensure they are in good condition
• Use cash register to process payments and process inventory counts
• Maintain cleanliness of the store during business hours
• Work cooperatively with other departments personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Budtender or similar role in a retail store
• Familiarity with how to prepare shelves, display units, walls, and other parts of the store for maximum visibility
• Excellent sales skills
• Customer service approach with the ability to handle money
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. (Bending and reaching is a must)
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
