Budtender/Fulfillment Lead

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Fulfillment Lead will be responsible for customer order fulfillment, occasional budtending, and inventory order packing. They will coordinate closely with budtenders and distribution team members. Daily Recurring Responsibilities: Processes online and in-store orders, assists in inventory management and audits when applicable, pre-packs flower as pars require and performs fulfillment opening/closing duties.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order fulfillment and pre-pack production – includes in-store and online.
• Quickly pick, pack and queue orders with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure smooth fulfillment of orders and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain an active and inactive inventory.
• Refine and establish operating procedures to improve efficiency to meet demand.
• Methodically fill joint tubes manually with exceptional precision, care and efficiency.
• Accurately sticker and fill product to meet regulation requirements.
• Provide sales floor support including but not limited to organizing and monitoring displays, filing, sorting, etc.
• Other duties as assigned to support supply chain needs.
• Train, educate and oversee fulfillment team members on best methods and quality control.

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in Metrc audits when applicable
• Budtending when needed

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 40lbs.
• Prior experience in and knowledge of production, packing, and/or assembly preferred.
• Accomplished queue based order fulfillment and inventory.
• Proven leadership skills and initiative.
• Exceptionally high attention to detail while maintaining professional, efficient outcomes in a fast-paced, team oriented work environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Competent in performing basic mental math quickly and accurately (addition/subtraction in grams/ounces).
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

COMPENSATION

$18 + tips

REQUIREMENTS

* MUST have a minimum of 2 years of experience

* MUST have experience with METRC

* FLOWHUB experience is a huge plus

* Must have reliable transportation

* Must have badge during interview

Shift:

· 8 hour shift

· Day shift

· Evening shift

· Morning shift

· Night shift

Weekly day range:

· Rotating weekends

· Weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
