Budtender/Delivery Driver

As a Budtender/Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients in a cannabis dispensary setting. You will assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. This role requires a understanding of various cannabis strains, products, consumption methods, and their effects to guide customers in their purchasing decisions effectively. You will also be a part of our delivery team, bringing our product directly to our customers.

**Using your own reliable vehicle that can pass regulatory requirements is needed for this position, you will be compensated for milage at Nevada's current reimbursement rate (.67 cents per mile).

Pay starts at 13.50 + tips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences, needs, and desired effects.
• Educate customers on different cannabis strains, products, dosages, and consumption methods.
• Answer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the latest cannabis products, trends, and industry developments.
• Familiarize yourself with the inventory, including various strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
• Get to know our brand and what sets us aside from some of our 3rd party products.
• Compliance:
• Adhere to all state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products.
• Verify customers' age and identification to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cannabis products to prevent loss or theft.
• Sales and Upselling:
• Upsell additional products or accessories based on customer preferences and purchase history.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management.
• Recommend complementary products to enhance the customer experience.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth dispensary operations.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking shelves and organizing products.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns.
