Budget Analyst

REQUIREMENTS MUST INCLUDE:

• Must be familiar with fundamental accounting.
• Familiar with Purchasing rules.
• Familiar with NCAS and other front-line applications dealing with bill payments.
• Experience with IT Contracts (IFBs, RFQ, and other documents).
• Experience with Purchase orders.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Budget specialist: 3 years (Preferred)

• NC State procurement rules: 3 years (Preferred)
