Brokerage Operations Representative

Your primary role is to analyze, and process returned check deposit transactions in customer brokerage accounts!

The Treasury Returned Checks team is passionate about ensuring that check deposit returns are processed to accounts in a timely and accurate manner!

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years' experience in brokerage or banking industry
• Basic understanding of money movement / bank reconciliation preferred.

• You work independently with demonstrated good judgment.
• You are able to multi-task and prioritize work.
• You have a strong attention to detail.
• You work effectively in a team environment and collaborate.
• You bring a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a dedication to achieving objectives.
• You have excellent problem-solving and research skills.
• You can identify red-flag behavior in customer accounts and raise accordingly.

• You will process transactions to customer accounts using FBSI and XTRAC
• You will send various notifications to internal and external business partners as required by Treasury policies and procedures.
• Incoming and outgoing mail related to Returned Checks
• You will work with FI Bank Reconciliation to research and resolve aged items.
• You will respond to customer inquiries via XTRAC/Service Central
• You will supervise various daily reporting.
• You will supply to improvement in execution initiatives.
• You will interact with Treasury's external bank partners as needed.
