Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Brokerage Operations Analyst in Jacksonville, FL!  

 

Pay rate: $38.48/hr  

Shift availability:  Mon – Fri, 8a -5p

Length: Eleven (11) months with possibility of extension/conversion

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

• Support of hedge fund & PB clients and our institutional trade desks

• Provides operational support to the front-line business unit and Clients directly on reporting and trade research

• Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: Providing status of all trades for client which are unmatched or performing fails management and conducting investigations regarding disputes, erroneous trade bookings and settlements.

• Other responsibilities include internal reconciliation of all Prime Broker Client transactions, following up with clients and contra brokers directly to resolve aged fails, providing settlement status to client’s intra-day, and performing and presenting client metrics analysis

• Take data and articulate a story to clients, the business, counterparties with the aim to be influential for the better

• Continuous Improvement

 

Education/Certification Requirements:           

• High School Diploma or GED  

 

Experience requirements:         

• Prior prime Brokerage Operations experience required

• Financial operations knowledge

• Knowledge of ETF products

• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

• Strong PC skills

• Excellent communication skills

 

Note:

This role is On-Site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Jacksonville, FL!

Pay Details: $38.48 per hour
