As a vital member of our Bellevue Bridge team, you'll have the flexibility to work in our hybrid work environment from your location in the Puget Sound area with occasional visits to the office. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of transportation projects that focus on bridges, transit guideway structures and other transportation structure designs throughout the Northwest. Using your experience, you'll provide technical expertise in completing bridge and transportation structure design. You'll complete design activities, and prepare plans, specification and estimates and support your projects through construction. You'll also help direct CAD staff and less experienced engineers. Most importantly, you will work to solve problems and challenges in a team environment where everyone's opinion and idea is valued.

The base salary range for this position is $96,400 to $168,600. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with 8 - 15 years bridge and structural design experience.
PE Registration
Familiarity with structural and bridge analysis and design software
Working knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
Experience with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design and WSDOT BDM
An interest in taking on design challenges for a variety of structure types, including new design and rehabilitation design.
Ideally, you'll also have:
Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
SE Registration in Washington State or ability to obtain within a year
Seismic design/analysis experience
Proficient knowledge of SAP2000, CSiBridge, or other structural design/analyses programs
Report writing experience.
Ability and willingness to travel on occasion
