Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to brides and their wedding parties
- Assist brides in finding their dream wedding gown and accessories
- Guide brides through the entire bridal shopping experience, from initial consultation to final fitting
- Offer expert advice on fit, style, and alterations
- Coordinate and schedule bridal appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
- Collaborate with the alterations department to ensure timely delivery of gowns
- Stay up-to-date on current bridal trends and designers
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a bridal or fashion-related industry
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of bridal gown styles, fabrics, and designers is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and stock levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
