Retail Support Associate

Duties:

- Ensuring that all dresses and other merchandise are placed in their designated areas according to size, color, and style, maintaining a visually appealing and organized display that enhances the shopping experience.

-Collaborating closely with sales representatives to provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions, locating items, processing transactions, and offering recommendations based on product knowledge and customer preferences.

-Monitoring fitting room areas to promptly clear and organize items left behind by customers, ensuring that all garments are returned to their proper places and that fitting rooms are clean and ready for the next customer

-Demonstrating keen attention to detail in all aspects of the job, from accurately processing transactions and maintaining inventory records to ensuring that merchandise is correctly tagged and displayed to maximize sales potential.

-Maintaining a high level of organization throughout the store, including keeping shelves and displays neat and tidy, restocking merchandise as needed, and assisting with inventory management to minimize out-of-stock situations.

-Utilizing color recognition skills to assist customers in coordinating outfits and selecting items that complement their skin tone and personal style, enhancing their overall shopping experience.

-Managing customer appointments by retrieving and preparing merchandise in advance, ensuring that all items are ready for fitting or purchase at the scheduled time, and providing personalized service to meet each customer's specific needs.

-Greeting customers as they enter the store and directing them to the appropriate sales representative based on their needs, ensuring that all customers receive prompt and attentive service throughout their visit.

Skills:

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Strong verbal communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and track inventory
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience

Requirements:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of electronics sales or technology products is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
