The Residence Inn by Marriott Berkeley is seeking a part time Breakfast Supervisor to assist Food & Beverage with maintaining excellent brand standards and guest service!
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure adherence to brand, health & safety standards by supervising breakfast service.
- Responsible for assigning all opening and/or closing tasks.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings on a daily basis.
- Be visibly present on the outlet floor during service, replenishing items as necessary.
- Participate in training of employees to increase performance and guest satisfaction.
- Partner with leadership to address guest complaints and associate relations.
- Complete reports on production, fill out necessary requisitions and control distribution of necessary supplies.
- Other duties/tasks as assigned.
- Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage preferred.
- Food safety handler card or immediate ability to acquire.
- Knowledge of food preparation and storage.
- Hospitality background a plus.
The compensation for this position is $25.00/Hr. - $25.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
