Breakfast Server

Edson Hill is looking for an early riser who is passionate about great service to join our Breakfast Team. This role can be part time or full time and is great for skiers, hikers, bikers or anyone who wants the rest of the day to do other activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare the server station and dining room for breakfast service; inquire about any specials and/or menu changes
• Understand the proper steps of service required of all FOH positions such as table pacing and section maintenance in coordination with teammates
• Guide our guests in their food and beverage selections
• Accurately record and relay orders to the kitchen
• Deliver drinks and food to your (or your teammate’s) tables
• Confirm guests’ satisfaction with their meals
• Perform side work throughout your shift
• Set dining room for dinner service and perform all remaining side work
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• The ability to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu and beverage ingredients as menus change seasonally.

• The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure. Be polite and confident in challenging situations while maintaining patience, understanding and the true spirit of Edson Hill hospitality.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 35 per week
