RHI Breakfast Attendant/Server
Summary: The Breakfast Attendant/Server plays an important role in providing a welcoming and enjoyabledining experience for guests of the Rhett House Inn. They are responsible for setting up and
maintaining breakfast service, greeting guests, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that all areas are clean and presentable. They may also be asked to assist with other duties as needed.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
● Set up and maintain breakfast service, including preparing and arranging food and
beverage items, ensuring that all items are properly stocked and presented.
● Greet guests and assist them with menu selection and food service.
● Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to guests.
● Clear tables and clean up after breakfast service, ensuring that all areas are clean and
presentable.
● Assist with other duties as needed, including cleaning and maintaining the dining area
and kitchen.
Knowledge:
● Familiarity with food and beverage service preferred.
● Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
● Excellent customer service skills.
Skills:
● Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
● Excellent time management and organizational skills.
● Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with coworkers and
management.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand for long periods of time.
