Breakfast Host/Hostess is responsible for the preparation and serving of brand approved breakfast items, interaction with hotel guests, maintaining a clean and safe environment in regulation with COVID protocols, and for maintaining accurate inventory counts of all food and beverage items in a continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Expectations:
o Prepare all food according to cooking instructions and brand cookbook
o Maintain all par levels when serving breakfast to hotel guests
o Sanitize hot spots in dining area according to COVID-19 Brand Standard precautions
o Follow State, County, and Brand COVID-19 guidelines, including to wear mask at all times in the presence of guests
o Maintain food safety by wearing gloves when handling all food items
o Stock, maintain, and keep inventory of all freezer, refrigerator, and dry stock food items on a daily basis
o Dispose of trash and recyclables
o Interact with guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
o Maintain cleanliness of pantry, kitchen, serving area, and dining area
o Properly operate and maintain kitchenware appliances according to manufacturer’s guideline
o Assist with cleaning public areas including but not limited to, elevators, corridors, public restrooms, fitness center, business center, lobby in team effort to provide clean and safe areas for our guests
o Any other Directives asked by a supervisor and/or GM

Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour
