BREAKFAST ATTENDANT
What’s my main role?

Day-to-day…
1. Smile and provide a warm welcome and personalized service to all guests.
2. Be knowledgeable of all aspects of the hotel and help guests to have a great stay.
3. Preparing and setting up hot & cold food items according to brand standards.
4. Setting up, maintaining, and keeping the breakfast bar clean during service.
5. Clearing and sanitizing tables as they are vacated. Wiping up spills as they occur.
6. Regularly restocking items throughout the breakfast hours.
7. Washing & sanitizing serving and cooking equipment and cleaning the entire kitchen.
8. Keeping breakfast area clean, removing trash, cleaning counters, cabinets, and floors.
9. Remove food from buffet after service time. Clean buffet countertop & cabinets.
10. Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping the floors after each meal service.
11. Check & clean all seats for stains at end of shift. Keep tables and chairs at a safe distance from walls.
12. Taking inventory and ordering food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
13. Assist with other duties as assigned.
What else the job requires from you?
1. It’s a physical job and you’ll be on your feet most of the day.
2. Occasional lifting of heavy items and or push/pulling heavy objects.
3. Flexible attitude to shifts – you may need to work other shifts, weekends, and/or holidays.
