Breakfast Attendant

Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Duties: - Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and well-stocked - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with information about available breakfast options - Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, cereals, and hot food items - Monitor food levels and replenish as necessary to ensure a continuous supply of fresh items - Clear tables and clean up spills promptly to maintain cleanliness and safety standards - Assist guests with special dietary needs or requests, ensuring their satisfaction with their breakfast experience - Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests Qualifications: - Previous experience in banquet or food service is preferred - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members - Knowledge of basic culinary techniques such as meat cutting and food preparation is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives - Experience using POS systems is an asset - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting, we would love to hear from you.
