We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Duties:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring that all food items, beverages, and supplies are stocked and displayed attractively
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with any inquiries or special requests
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Monitor food levels throughout the breakfast service, replenishing items as needed
- Clear tables and clean up spills promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by following proper food handling procedures
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as necessary
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and allergen information to provide accurate information to guests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
