Breakfast Ambassador

Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Ambassador to join our team. As an Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This is a dynamic role that involves various tasks, including meal preparation, delivery driving, and communication with guests. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve meals to guests according to their preferences - Deliver meals to designated locations in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met - Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or inquiries - Assist with catering events and ensure food is presented in an appealing manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas - Operate Aloha POS system for order processing and payment handling - Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Requirements: - Previous experience in meal preparation or food service is preferred - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is desirable - Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
